Description:

Join Jen Weller to learn to weave a handbag with leather handles and a wooden base.  The purse will measure 3 inches deep by 10 inches long and 6 inches tall. The base will be assembled, students will learn to weave the sides using black accented reed. 

Note: 

-Students should bring an old towel, a screwdriver, and scissors to class, all other materials will be provided.

-Reed is woven wet, so students should dress accordingly.

About the instructor: Jennifer Weller-Dorfman is a crafter and teacher who started weaving baskets 15 years ago in Pennsylvania.  She loves creating custom baskets for clients and teaching beginner basket weaving classes.
