I love simplicity and repetition. I find beauty in small details and believe the process of making art is as important as the result. My framed silk quilts are a slow and quiet process of hand dyeing luxurious white silk, then cutting and sewing the small fabric bits. As I work my mind goes to the moments of my life, to the people I love, the things I've done and what was said. My quilts reflect those moments and conversations.
